EAT! Eat nutritionally rich vegetables – all you want as described in the guide. Eat the prescribed servings of fats and proteins.
PLAN! Use the guide to make a plan. Use the recipe keeper app if you like – we find it to be an easy way to plan and grocery shop. Plan your meals and you will be successful!
MOVE! Make it a point to begin moving your body in a deliberate and intentional way for at least 30 minutes each day. Walking is a great way to get started. Even if you have to break it up into two sessions of 15 minutes each or even three sessions of 10 minutes each – move!
SLEEP! Strive to get a good 7 to 9 hours of sleep, each night.
